If the payment is travel related it must be made to Centre Holidays Inc.

QUESTION

What happens if the trip is canceled?

ANSWER

Although it is extremely unlikely, if a trip is canceled do to lack of sales everyone will be 100% reimbursed. We will always give at least 10 to 14 days notice if a trip must be canceled.

Keep in mind all tickets are in our possession. The only reason for a cancellation would be if there are less than 20 tickets sold.

Something came up and I can’t go. Can my friend go in my place?

ANSWER

Yes! All of our tours are 100% transferable. If for any reason you cannot make the trip let us know and we’ll make sure all the arrangements are made.

QUESTION

Will our tickets be sent to us?

ANSWER

We do not send anyone their tickets in advance. We do this for a number of reasons:

(1) to ensure we are not left with an odd number of tickets in two locations,

Example – If a group of 6 are looking for seats together and all we have left is 4 tickets in row 1 and 2 tickets in row 8.

(2) If someone cannot make an event we will do our best to assist our customers in reselling their tickets*. If we sent everyone their tickets a resale would be limited to the same number of seats whereas if we keep all tickets until the end we have the ability to group tickets in the best configuration a few days before an event.

(3) So no tickets are lost or misplaced.

*We do not guarantee the resale of purchased tickets.

Where does the bus pick everyone up?

ANSWER

Although most trips leave from the Broadways Bar & Grill located at 3777 Strandherd Drive in Barrhaven it is your responsibility to check the individual trip itinerary
